Stopped working after 30 days and can’t return it

Should have had at least two pads. Otherwise 5-star

It’s wonderful for a small place but if you have a large place like I do, 3000 sqft buy the larger version. But it does clean well. It only came with one pad so please know although washable make sure you grab some extra pads.

This is used, not new. Beware because the product description does not show that.

This steamer works really well and was easy to use especially as a first-time steamer user! I wish the cord was a bit longer and the pads a bit thicker but I really like using this product.

It cost $37.00 so cant expect much. It is as basic as possible. Mop attaches easily and stays put, fills easily while hold the entire unit under the facet. The cord is way to short, and there is no way to wind the cord to the unit for storage. It heats quickly and cleaned my terra cotta floor fast. I would recommend for anyone who just wants to grab and mop small areas. I have only used it once, will update if there are issues after many uses!!

This mop really cleans up food spills and stains. Great for kitchens and bathrooms where you want it really clean.

This is okay for the price. I bought more pads to use off amazon since one isnt enough. It does the job but its certainly not my favorite. I bought this because my last one (a shark) broke and I wanted a cheaper replacement. The cord is pretty short, I have to unplug it 3-4 times to reach everything. The steam seems to come from a bump in the middle bottom of this which makes it so the pad touches the floor only in certain places. If you are looking for a cheaper steam mop that does the job it works, however if you really want a lasting steam mop I would go with something else.

This steam mop is poorly designed. It only has one hook to wrap the extremely short cord.

Didnt deep clean. Pad is thin and flimsy. Handle doesnt stand on its own
