> 3 dayThe product works fine. The cord is too short. And where am I supposed to store the cord? Just a 12 foot cord hanging ? Most cleaners you can rap it around the device , it would have hooks, but not this machine. Come on Black + Decker.

> 3 dayThis mop didn’t even last 10 months! This mop ends up not working. It starts up and then it stops, and so on. What a waste of money! Black and Decker sells cheap mops so yourself a favor and do not buy this product. I spent this much money on a mop who can’t even work for a year!

Greater than one weekThe heater seems to be working still, but the steam is no longer coming out of the machine. Sad! We only got to use it for 4 months. Wish this wouldve lasted longer, spent a decent amount of money on this!

> 3 dayWorked for a good month and then stopped. I poured in vinegar to help decalcify and then started using distilled water. That did the trick. (For now). We’ll see if it continues to work…

> 3 dayIt’s wonderful for a small place but if you have a large place like I do, 3000 sqft buy the larger version. But it does clean well. It only came with one pad so please know although washable make sure you grab some extra pads.

> 3 dayBeing that I have never had a steam mop before, I can only compare this one to of the wide variety of regular mops I’ve owned – and for my needs, this one worked great! I have well water, so I only use distilled water in every appliance that requires water to operate; therefore, filling the tank was a non-issue for me. I just laid it down, opened it up, and poured the water in. The water heated up quickly and then I couldn’t believe how much faster and easier it was to mop my floors than using a regular mop. The best part was the tough stuff that I always had to get down and scrub with a brush – the steam took it off without any effort. I can see where the cord length could be a problem for people that have hardwood floors and have a lot of area to cover, but for me, only my bathrooms, kitchen and entryway are linoleum or tile – so the cord length wasn’t a problem. I would’ve had to move the cord no matter what and if I had a longer cord, it would’ve been in my way. Overall, I am really happy with this steam mop and I wish I had gotten one long ago.

> 3 dayIt really starts steaming right away. The cord is really too short to do more than one room at a time and you cannot store the cord on the actual unit which I find funny.

> 3 dayI have had better steam mops. The cord is long, thick and heavy. It doesnt maneuver very well and the pads are flimsy and already coming apart. I expected better from this brand. Not impressed at all.

> 3 dayIt cleans. It wasn’t advertised as having a mile long cord. Or for having easy cord storage. Giving it 2 stars for nothing?
