Blackmagic Design Davinci Resolve Speed Editor Bundle with Davinci Resolve 17 Studio (Activation Card) (2 Items)

Love Davinci for video work. Still trying to get used to the speed editor and the Cut page but Davinci recently added multi-capabilities with the speed editor in the Edit tab. The speed editor also has limited functionality on the Edit tab but it still scrolls, stop, play, etc. The only strange thing is I never had Davinci just shut down on me but it has twice since I upgraded to the studio version. It is either do to the latest update or could be due to the fact that I really started digging into what davinci could do that, wasnt included in the free version (magic mask, etc).

The delivery was fast. I just needed the key but an editor is always welcomed.

I was upset when it was received as Resolve 16... BUT they said there is an update... I was going to return it... but now I am good.

The buttons and the wheel are so high quality! My wife loves to click away on it.

Wonderful, fast, responsive, no trouble setup small edit controller for laptops and small desktop areas. The wireless battery life is incredible, like, how is this still running incredible. I edited 3 8 hour days and it still strong. (cable is available too) Its designed for the speed edit page, but will work with the normal edit page with limited functions. DONT under estimate the Speed editor and the Cut page. Davinci is on to something with this whole Cut page thing. I thought I was a timeline guy. Once you really learn what the Cut page and Speed Editor can do, timeline editors can move wicked fast through complex projects. The price is right with software! Activation was super easy and secure.

Excellen piesc of equipment. Designed to work with the cut page. Here it really excels. You can cut, slit, make transitions and scroll through a video effortlessly. It also works on the edit page as well. Not all function work on the edit page, as it was designed for the cut page. I still us it for splitting video, adding transitions, ripple deleting and inserting clips. Great piece of hardware.

Ok, so when I first got this, I thought I made a terrible mistake, it crashed all the time, but them about a week later there was an update and it has been great ever sense (I think Id downloaded a beta version). I used Final Cut for years, and it did the job, but I have to say the user interface on Resolve is so much better. Things are where they logically should be and I dont have to look up how to do something nearly as often. The speed editor is also great, though I have yet to explore its full potential. So far I have found nothing that Final Cut did that Resolve can not do just as good if not better. Much less glitchy. Also, I prefer PC to MAC, so I love that I can use this on my PC.
