> 24 hourIve had this a few months now. I wanted to have a nice wireless printer to print my occasional labels without having to set up my regular printer each time. When this thing works, its exactly what I wanted. I pull up the app, design a label and print the one or two that I need. The problem is that half the time I get a communication error. Called tech support, waited for them for a long time and they showed me a better way to set up the driver. That was fine. It worked that day again. In fact, its worked about half the times Ive needed it. Some days Id get the stupid communication error again. Sometimes Id print out a whole slew of labels and then it would stop working. Today Im trying to reinstall the driver again on my mac, and it wont connect. I suppose eventually it will again, but for $450 or so, I expect fewer problems. I bought this to stop having an inconvenience. I still have a major inconvenience. Update 3/1/2021: I haven’t had trouble with connectivity in quite a while, even after power outages, moving locations and adding other computers to print from with it. Whatever the bug was seems to have gone, so I’m improving my rating from 2 to 4 stars.

> 24 hourThis printer was a little tricky for me, a not so tech savvy person, to set up, but works great! When you change the paper roll you have to instruct the printer in which paper you are installing but other than that, it’s a great little printer.

> 24 hourLove the speed of the print, and the quality of the print. However, right before the busiest time of our season which is when I needed it.. a label was stuck in the roller.. it wouldnt print or cut... :( couldnt pull it out, couldnt dissemble it to a point to get it out. GET THE WARRANTY. Wasted a couple hundred bucks :(

> 24 hourAmazing printer and works with our network. We ordered it after we switched to planning center check-ins. Works great with an ipad.

> 24 hourThe wireless printing kept printing blank labels. I checked online and Brother tech support. They had extremely bad tech support. Nothing worked to fix this. I was so eager to use it, but what a waste of my time troubleshooting this. I’m very tech savvy, and I had problems with this.

> 24 hourExtremely Easy to setup. Just watch the Setup tutorials on the Manufacturer Website. It literally takes about 10 minutes to setup if you watch the video. PS. set a Static IP on the printer.

> 24 hourIt worked with the included sample labels but when I put in a new roll of labels with a different size, it was a nightmare to get the labels lined up properly with the text. Before I threw the whole thing in the garbage, it was typing in letters in a screwed up manner and I could not get them to align properly. Trash. dont waste your money.

> 24 hourIve had nothing but problems with this. It worked okay for a few months then was hit and miss after that. I had serious connection issues and would randomly stop working. I attempted to get support from the company and the only recommendation they would give is to turn it off and on again.
