This lens has great quality and low light shooting capability in comparison to most kit lenses. This was my first extra lens I bought and it has been great for photographing people, with shallow depth of field and good quality. The icing on the cake is all of these extra items in this bundle, which I actually use. An excellent value.

I have been hesitant to purchase a nifty fifty for my canon Rebel, but everyone told me that it would be a game changer. Well in just a few uses, I can see why! Finally I can have those beautiful vibrant crisp colors with the subtle blurred backgrounds. The entire kit is so overwhelming to go through and try it all out, but I am sure that as I do, I will love more and more of the items in it. So far the lens is all I need or care about and it is perfect. EVERY photographer needs a 50mm lens.

Works great with the Canon T3i. Gives fantastic depth of field to your photos! The filters are a nice addition too.
