> 3 dayI know this is for correcting posture so it is natural that it would be uncomfortable but it isnt in the muscles that are uncomfortable. It rubs against my armpit area and chafes it. I have slender arms and it shouldnt do that. It hurts really bad to the point that I would have to take it off. I would return it if I was still inside the return window.

16-04-2025seams to be on the smaller size, still not comfortable to wear for a long time. My chiropractor said it wasnt bad, was able to adjust, but unable to adjust myself once Ive put it on. Seams to lose its strength with use. Sould offer a larger size or better way to adjust the straps.

14-04-2025I am 6’2” 220 lbs, pretty wide shoulders and chest and it does fit well and I do notice it working. However after I wear it and walk around I notice it slipping. I only use it for doing push-ups and working out as it does help with posture especially in the upper chest region. I’d only suggest this product if you’re smaller than me otherwise it’s not worth $30, maybe $15.

> 3 dayRelieves shoulder or neck pain. Even though I do floor exercises every day and work on my posture relentlessly (Im 79), I have frequent neck and/or shoulder pain. This works for both. It has helped me keep me active--especially playing tennis. It is easy to wear under a vest or a shirt (with an undershirt of some kind for comfort), so no one needs to be the wiser. I wore out the first one; this is my second.

> 3 dayToday I received a letter from the owner of the Comfy Brace company. It was in regards to reviewing her product and that in these strange times, how difficult it is to keep a small business going. So, this review is written to support her and her product. It is written without bias and I am a real customer. Let’s start with my problem and why I needed something to help my posture. I have been a chef for almost 30 years and as you can guess, for most of that time I’ve been bent over a cooker, pass or chopping board. Bending over to pick up boxes, sacks of vegetables and on my knees cleaning out fridges and freezers. Now, at the age of 46, I have a small private chef business and I’m working less hours for more money! Nice. However, my wife has alway had to tell my to stand up straight and put my shoulders back. Problem is, I couldn’t! After doing some research into back support products I came across this product from Comfy Brace. It was inexpensive (compared with some products that run into $100’s “Hey what the hell, it’s like $20 plus shipping!” I wore it for a few hours a day and to be honest, it wasn’t all that “Comfy”, but then, it’s not supposed to be at the start. It’s purpose is to bring your posture back to where it is comfortable. The more you wear it the more comfortable it becomes! After 1 month of using it daily for 3-4 hours, I’m standing straight and my shoulders naturally back. I’ve also noticed that my breathing has become more regular since I’m not cramping up my chest and, get this, my wife says I’ve stopped snoring too! Now I can’t be certain that this is because of the brace, I’m not a doctor! But it is no coincidence that its happened in the last 30 days. Conclusion, the more you wear it, the better you will feel. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the catering industry. My name is Chef Graham Overal. My company is Food Fire & Knives. This is an honest review for a great product.

> 3 dayIve been burned by Amazon before, but Id like to think its made me a wiser consumer. Still, I wasnt sure if this was for real or not, even with the rave reviews. Im a massage therapist and a gamer and a driver so my arms are permanently forward. I probably look like Frankenstein when I sleep. I also have a larger chest (like the actual chest part) and larger-than-average breasts (36DD, 42 around). Hyperkyphosis/humpbacks run in the family. None of that is changing any time soon so Ive been looking into posture correctors to help retrain my muscles, decrease the rounded shoulders forward posture, decrease tension in my back and pecs, and give my front line some relief and my back line some support. I decided on this one with some trepidation. Well its kind of wild, but I noticed an improvement after wearing this immediately. It gives immediate relief because it pulls everything thats slouching forward back. What I would advise is to be sure youre not hyperlordosis-ing your back; that is, when you put this on, be sure to keep your back tall and low-back neutral, perhaps even tucked a little because this corrector will possibly incline you to push out your butt more, increasing sway-back and compromising other muscles. You want a nice, even back as much as possible in your life, but especially when you wear this. After only an hour of wearing it, my posture was already more naturally tall and corrected. Felt good, really. Ive only been wearing it about an hour a day for a week and its made a noticeable improvement in how I stand and work. Its also helping to keep my shoulders down. They tend to creep up on me due to anxiety and my work/play. If it *hurts* right after you put it on, loosen the straps a bit. Ease into using it, maybe even just 30min to start depending on your conditions. Id highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayThe brace is easy to put on and adjust - I can definitely tell the difference when I wear it and my posture is improving. I am using it to correct my rounding shoulders not for pain relief.

> 3 dayI bought this cause I know my posture is trash but in reality I barely use this. I really don’t know if I’m using it correctly and I feel barely any difference when using it. I would love to say I use this product all the time and have noticed improvements but I just don’t and I think it’s the whole non instant gratification thing
