The brace is easy to put on and adjust - I can definitely tell the difference when I wear it and my posture is improving. I am using it to correct my rounding shoulders not for pain relief.

I can see the value in this product; HOWEVER I have a rounded part in the middle high part of my back so the brace rode up all day onto my neck and made it impossible to wear. So if you have this condition I would take that into consideration before purchasing it. I am going to try a brace that goes down my entire back.

I read another review that said this brace was wishful thinking. For me, I would have to agree. I have lower, middle, and upper back issues. Mostly muscular issues, which are starting to affect my spine and change my posture. It is up to me to stretch, do yoga, and stay active to keep my muscles intact. However, I mostly work sitting and standing at my desk. Every day I live with pain. This brace only supports the upper back posture, and I find myself constantly readjusting. Not for the sake of correcting my posture, but for the sake of keeping it in place and in the correct position. The readjusting is uncomfortable and the stapes seem like they are too tight under the arms. Sweating is also an issue. I do not sweat heavily unless I am in 90 plus degrees Farenheit or doing heavy physical labor. However, this product causes me to sweat enough to create circles in my dress shirts. Even after applying fresh deodorant or wearing antiperspirant the entire day. It literally affects my body chemistry. For $20 it is a good product. Thats why I gave it Three Stars. However, for my needs, it does not get the job done. I have already ordered another brand that completely supports my spine. I will review that one soon. Currently debating whether I should send this one back. I dont need more items I do not or will not use.

Started working from home and found out quick with my desk and chair, that I constantly slouched over the keyboard. After a few weeks of having a sore neck and upper back, my chiro recommended this brace to help. Overall, its great. I wear it while working and it helps let me know whenever I slouch. A week in, and no more soreness. Only downside is that it can rub under the armpits and get really annoying. Im assuming Ill get to used to it eventually and it was definitely not bad enough to stop wearing it. Would recommend to others as it fixed my problem for sure

I love this brace for the most part but the Velcro will not stick anymore, I have only had it for 2.5 months...

I bought this for my 15 year old daughter whose posture is atrocious. She had been begging for one for forever, so I finally settled on this one after pouring over reviews. I had hoped it would be as great as many people said- and there’s a chance that it is. Unfortunately we wouldn’t know, as she outright refuses to wear it due to its lack of comfort.

I received the product and it didn’t work out for me due to my back being a bit to curved for it! When I emailed Heather I received an email back the same day and she issued a refund no questions asked!!

After long periods of neck pain resulting in slouching I decided to try a posture aid. This one looked about right. It does the job just fine. Relatively comfortable. One problem is that it is impossible to put on by myself. My wife has to assist. This is designed for a small person. I am 5’9” tall and weigh 180 pounds. This device seems to fit fine once in place, but impossible to reach the adjustment straps without assistance. If I am alone, I can’t use it.

I am about 12 weeks pregnant and a young 26 who has always had a problem with posture. I know that as I progress in my pregnancy I will get someone called lordosis which is when your lower back sticks out, common in pregnant women and pushing that gut forward. I knew I had to do something about the possible hunchback, got clearance from doctor and I bought this. I put it on and I felt my back get straighter, I know I will probably have to take it off when I get bigger, but if need be Ill put it back on once baby is born. The only thing wrong is it digs into the armpit to a somewhat uncomfortable level. I hope there is a way to fix that. Other than that it is a good product. I wish I bought this sooner. But, arrogance.
