I have a pinched nerve in between my shoulder blades with extremely painful serrated knife cutting through my triceps type of radiating pain in my arm. Muscle relaxers were kinda helping, pain killers did nothing really. I have been active in the gym prior to the pain so getting back to working on my gains bro was of top priority second only to pain relief. Chiropractors are a sham and will only do more damage. So I was at a crossroads of needing relief. And this seemingly simple contraption was the only possible light at the end of my tunnel. It shipped super quick so I when I got the package I quickly tore apart the new elope and got to work on figuring out how to put it on. Word of caution if you have a new or healing shoulder injury DO NOT attempt to put this on. You will hurt yourself! My shoulders are 50” and biceps 16”. If you are any bigger than that you probably won’t fit in this and if you do, it probably won’t be comfortable. Speaking of comfort, sometimes you have to choose the lesser evil. This is not comfy to wear. It will rub in your armpits and on your neck. But! It will release the pressure just enough to help with radiating pain. It will force you to sit up straight which will prevent future problems as well as helping to align your spine to relieve pain. It won’t make sitting any more comfortable but it will make it more tolerable. It won’t take away your neck pain but helping your posture will remind you to stop looking down at your phone like you are doing right now. Lol I do have more ability to turn my neck even though the pain is there, i don’t feel so robotic. It’s 20 bucks and for some much needed relief even though it doesnt erase pain you can at least feel more relaxed.

Too small for my man

I rarely leave reviews. And, never reviews that are this long. But, I was super skeptical about this product for a long long time. I’m 33 and have developed a hunched back and that lovely hump at the back on my neck. I have tried exercises to help get rid of this issue. But, I honestly just forget to do them consistently. So, I never really seen any results. I always wanted to give a posture corrector like this a try. But, as I said, I was skeptical. So, I didn’t really want to “waste” the money if it didn’t end up working. I happened to see this product on sale and decided to finally try it out. And, the results, pretty much immediate. Just AMAZING. I can’t get over it. It’s very comfortable to wear. I usually just throw it on over whatever I’m wearing. And, go about my business. I swear to you, within just a couple of days, my hunch back was gone. The hump in my neck, GONE! I keep checking because I truly cannot believe this actually worked. And, worked so quickly! It has also helped relieve my back pain tremendously as well. I would’ve spent full price on this item years ago if knew then what I know now. I’m so so pleased and seriously obsessed with this product!

Does help correct posture when wearing. I did feel a difference as soon as i put it on. Do not wear for long periods of time as it will irritate underarms but that seems to be the case with all of these braces. I like it.

I suffer from a lot of upper back pain/issues, and when I wear this for a few days a week (1-2 hours at a time) it is noticeably better afterwards. It really helps to pull the shoulders back and improve posture, relieving some of the pain and fatigue in the upper back. Overall I’d definitely recommend!

I read another review that said this brace was wishful thinking. For me, I would have to agree. I have lower, middle, and upper back issues. Mostly muscular issues, which are starting to affect my spine and change my posture. It is up to me to stretch, do yoga, and stay active to keep my muscles intact. However, I mostly work sitting and standing at my desk. Every day I live with pain. This brace only supports the upper back posture, and I find myself constantly readjusting. Not for the sake of correcting my posture, but for the sake of keeping it in place and in the correct position. The readjusting is uncomfortable and the stapes seem like they are too tight under the arms. Sweating is also an issue. I do not sweat heavily unless I am in 90 plus degrees Farenheit or doing heavy physical labor. However, this product causes me to sweat enough to create circles in my dress shirts. Even after applying fresh deodorant or wearing antiperspirant the entire day. It literally affects my body chemistry. For $20 it is a good product. Thats why I gave it Three Stars. However, for my needs, it does not get the job done. I have already ordered another brand that completely supports my spine. I will review that one soon. Currently debating whether I should send this one back. I dont need more items I do not or will not use.

After long periods of neck pain resulting in slouching I decided to try a posture aid. This one looked about right. It does the job just fine. Relatively comfortable. One problem is that it is impossible to put on by myself. My wife has to assist. This is designed for a small person. I am 5’9” tall and weigh 180 pounds. This device seems to fit fine once in place, but impossible to reach the adjustment straps without assistance. If I am alone, I can’t use it.

I love this brace for the most part but the Velcro will not stick anymore, I have only had it for 2.5 months...

I am about 12 weeks pregnant and a young 26 who has always had a problem with posture. I know that as I progress in my pregnancy I will get someone called lordosis which is when your lower back sticks out, common in pregnant women and pushing that gut forward. I knew I had to do something about the possible hunchback, got clearance from doctor and I bought this. I put it on and I felt my back get straighter, I know I will probably have to take it off when I get bigger, but if need be Ill put it back on once baby is born. The only thing wrong is it digs into the armpit to a somewhat uncomfortable level. I hope there is a way to fix that. Other than that it is a good product. I wish I bought this sooner. But, arrogance.

Today I received a letter from the owner of the Comfy Brace company. It was in regards to reviewing her product and that in these strange times, how difficult it is to keep a small business going. So, this review is written to support her and her product. It is written without bias and I am a real customer. Let’s start with my problem and why I needed something to help my posture. I have been a chef for almost 30 years and as you can guess, for most of that time I’ve been bent over a cooker, pass or chopping board. Bending over to pick up boxes, sacks of vegetables and on my knees cleaning out fridges and freezers. Now, at the age of 46, I have a small private chef business and I’m working less hours for more money! Nice. However, my wife has alway had to tell my to stand up straight and put my shoulders back. Problem is, I couldn’t! After doing some research into back support products I came across this product from Comfy Brace. It was inexpensive (compared with some products that run into $100’s “Hey what the hell, it’s like $20 plus shipping!” I wore it for a few hours a day and to be honest, it wasn’t all that “Comfy”, but then, it’s not supposed to be at the start. It’s purpose is to bring your posture back to where it is comfortable. The more you wear it the more comfortable it becomes! After 1 month of using it daily for 3-4 hours, I’m standing straight and my shoulders naturally back. I’ve also noticed that my breathing has become more regular since I’m not cramping up my chest and, get this, my wife says I’ve stopped snoring too! Now I can’t be certain that this is because of the brace, I’m not a doctor! But it is no coincidence that its happened in the last 30 days. Conclusion, the more you wear it, the better you will feel.
