> 24 hourGreat quality material. This screen extender works well. Kind of tedious putting together, but worth the effort. I’m happy with the product

> 24 hourThis monitor is perfect for those who need an extra display on the go for MacBook. One of the best things about this portable monitor is its portability, its very slim and light weight making it easy to carry around. It also comes with two protectors one made of metal and the other made of leather, so you don’t have to worry about it getting scratched or damaged during transport.

> 24 hourI wanted to like this product so much, but I had to return it after giving it a try. I love how sturdy and sleek it was, and the hidden cord was such a good touch. Very well designed with the exception of a few things: the screen is not bright/not the best resolution (especially if youre in the design field) and it is HEAVY. It would make my laptop screen flop back and it wasnt feasible to keep this attached at all times.

> 24 hourI must say I am pleasantly impressed with this screen. The resolution is great, with a ton of options to choose from. The quality of the screen is great and impressive too, it has a 60hz refresh rate, which makes it decent for gaming for its size. I use a macbook air and it does add some noticeable bulk to my laptop, but I really dont mind because of how great it is. It is quite easy to attach to your computer and as long as its the right size and your laptop, it snaps on easily. connecting to your laptop is very easy and my computer recognized it immediately. You can connect your charger directly to the screen extender and then use the connector to your laptop for display and power, freeing up a a usb port for you on the laptop It doesnt feel crazy cumbersome and doesnt really drain my battery when I am using the laptop on battery. So I dont have to panic when using it outside. I definitely recommend this to all out there

> 24 hourThis is a great piece of kit for anyone that exclusively uses a laptop but doesnt have a lot of space to set up a second monitor. I wish that it could extend on either side of the monitor, as i prefer my smaller, second screen on the left (it opens to the right). Works great on a PC, too, just needs something to lean upon, as theres no stand for this. Measure your laptop correctly. I didnt realize I had a 15, so this didnt fit how it was supposed to, but I can still use it well. Heh.

> 24 hourThe biggest single point of failure on a laptop it is the hinges. I am concerned that this 5 pound monstrosity is going to put undue stress on those hinges and I’m gonna pay for it very heavily in the long run. I don’t know for sure but I do know that I have a handful of portable monitors that way under a pound, none of them are that fantastic and none of them connect to the laptop lid directly. I certainly love the idea and the convenience but I think the implementation here is just a little bit clunky. The monitor itself is smaller than your usual portable monitor and it doesn’t have near the resolution of the native MacBook screen nor the clarity so are you if you’re a person that needs everything to match this is not going to be the unit for you. That being said I got a decent usable picture out of it and I cannot say that for every portable monitor I’ve tried. Your mileage may vary but you’re going to have a larger set of icons off to the right. And you can only use this on the right side. This is not ambidextrous flip out. So that’s another thing to consider. Do you have the option to leave this permanently attached to your MacBook but you’re going to more than double the thickness so it’s another thing to think about. And the wait. I’m still trying to figure out why this thing is as heavy as it is. I still really love the idea and I think going forward future iterations of this product may get streamlined. And it does have a decent build quality to it. But if this thing ends up damaging the lid of my MacBook I’m going to come back here and give it a single star. I still have to check with the Apple people and make sure that this doesn’t somehow void the warranty by putting undue stress on the cover.
