> 3 dayThis was simple to install, literally plug and play. It is so much easier to look next to the screen than back and forth. Its like a second computer. but better because it didnt cost as much.

> 3 dayThis portable Monitor is designed to enhance my productivity and make my work easier. It’s an excellent choice for anyone who needs a portable, high-quality monitor that can be used with a MacBook. Fit my MacBook very well, takes me less than 5 minutes to get everything runs correctly.

> 3 dayThis is a nifty second monitor for a laptop. It works really well and is detected well by my Macbook. The real issue I have with this is that Ive had trouble getting it to stay attached to my laptop. The adhesive is pretty good, but I think overall the setup is just a bit fragile. That might be because of the way I use it. Overall, though, if I can get it to stay on, it will be great. Not having a second monitor is one of the things I hate most about using a laptop. Theyre convenient, but working on one screen is difficult for me. This makes that not be an issue. Once I figure a way around the adhesive issue (which Im pretty sure is my fault) Ill use this all the time. Sure, it doubles the weight of my laptop, but I can manage for an extra screen.

> 3 dayIt’s different than regular single screen external monitor on the market. Designed for Macbook exclusively, I was amazed by its quality. Smooth metal bezel and great display quality. A highly recommended option to all mac users.

> 3 dayOverall, I like the product. However, there are a few things to point out about this product. There are lighter portable monitors out there. 4.8 pounds isnt exactly light for a portable monitor when I have one that weighs less than a 1pd and its a full 1080. The included frame that the monitor is mounted on allows one to set the monitor to be self-standing vertically if one so chooses. I mounted the bracket to the back of my Macbook per instructions and the sticky mounts kept coming off. Also, you can only mount the bracket to swing the monitor out to the right side, due to the shortness of the USB C cable). While sitting in a Les Schwab waiting for my vehicle to get done, I kept hearing plink as the trim pieces would lose their stickiness the sticky pads that you use to hold the trim pieces that hold the monitor bracket on the back of your screen. I have read a lot of good positive reviews from others about this product so it may be something I am doing wrong. Another note is I had to make some screen adjustments to get my colors to match my monitor, but that is a minor footnote. The monitor works well overall and it is a nice extension, except for the weight and the unfortunate happenstance of it not adhering well to the back of my Macbook Pro. After two days of trying to get the thing to stay, I have resorted to using another product in order to adhere the monitor bracket to the back of my screen. Overall, it is a good quality built product, just a tad on the heavy side in my opinion.

> 3 dayTheres so much to like about this kit: It arrives very well packaged/protected. It fits the target MacBooks *perfectly*. It attaches physically to the MacBook using a very clever mounting system. It attaches electronically to the MacBook using Thunderbolt/DisplayPort and appears as would any external monitor. The kit includes both a soft and a hard screen protector. This kit also isnt perfect: The display is heavier than Id wish and expect. This is especially so when the hard screen protector is attached (as is wise when putting the laptop+external display in a backpack). When stowed, the screen (especially when theres a screen cover on) menaces pulling the MacBooks lid too far back. When deployed, this outrigger screen pulls the MacBook to one side. Ive cobbled together wedges to support the imbalanced and wobbling bits in the short term. After Im clear on the various problem states, Ill probably end up 3D-printing a custom support. Getting the resolution properly set and the color properly calibrated has been a bear. Certainly, recent versions of macOS are unnecessarily fussy about HiDPI settings and color calibration. But macOS is also THE target market for this monitor.

> 3 dayThis snaps right on to the macbooks screen/top lid. It lacks any kind of support like a kickstand or anything of that sort, but so far it has not needed it. The screen is 1080P HD, and is not quite the same quality as the macbooks screen, but it is good enough and it is nice to have a second monitor. Plug it in, no extra software or installation needed, and you have a second screen working immediately. You will need to fiddle with the settings to get the best picture you can out of it (which as I said is still not as good as the macbooks), but it is not too hard to do that.
