I just received this tonight and had it set up in about 1 min. It is truly the easiest machine Ive ever owned...it took 30 seconds to load and use. I loaded the top DVD that I needed to make copies of and then loaded the next 3 blank ones...hit a button and ALL 3 copies were done in less than 5 min!!! Amazing!! Soooooo worth the money to save time! Way to go!!

Copystar dvd/ cd duplicator. One of the best products i have ever purchased in my life time. Soooo easy to operate,you do not have to have any backround of electronics, there is no learning curve to follow.push the power button on the bottom of the unit,Put the cd/or dvd that you want to c opy inthe top draw,close the top draw. Open other draws 1 / 2/ or 3 ,depending how many copies you want to make. Close all draws,Press button on top part of unit that says ENT. YOUR DONE !! SIT AND WATCH THE COUNTDOWN. It does all3 c/dsin 5 minutes.All the duplicated cds played in all my cd players .

I ordered this for work. We havent had any problems. Works well and is easy to use. Saves so much time copying discovery for other offices.

Like it. Probably do not need to make 3 copies at one time. Very easy to get it up and running. Took longer to get it out of the box, than it did to get it up and running. Instructions are very plain and easy to understand.

A great machine with lots of options to ensure your DVD is burn correctly. I wish I could turn this one in and get the 1 to 5 DVD burner. Had 1 small issue with DVD not burning correctly. Call customer service and the gentleman walk me through the process. Since then nothing but perfect DVD. God I wish I brought the 1 to 5 DVD burner. Pay the extra $50.00 you will be glad you did.

I am involved with copying end of year DVDs for our school. This product made the process go much smoother this year. The product works as advertised. I would recommend it for anyone who does a lot of DVD copying.

I use this to duplicate DVDs of our church service made on a Toshiba HDD & DVD Video Recorder. This duplicator burns fast and is a huge time saver. When we first got it, the DVDs we were burning would fail with a Warning: Write Interrupt. Copystars customer support emailed me a firmware update and once I got that installed it works perfectly fine. If we hadnt had the initial hassle of the firmware update I would give this 5 stars.
