I bought this and was not pleased it couldn’t pick up finch food. The company kindly made it right and the model up from this one is more powerful and improved, use it with its attachments for the best result. The hose feature for the dryer does not fit down into an LG dryer filter compartment easily, but it did the job. The company is quick to listen to concerns and followed up on my comment to see that I was a satisfied customer.

We purchased this to help do a daily once over on our Guinea Pig cage. This responsibility falls to my 8 year old daughter, who has failed miserably at this task when using a small broom and dust pan. Apparently, thats too old fashioned for her. Once we brought in the awesome battery powered contraption, she is mastering this very short task and has stayed on top of it for weeks now! This purchase is a total Mom win! Now, is this is best cordless handheld vacuum cleaner, well if the job is cleaning the Guinea Pig cage, I would say it ranks pretty high. The suction is not crazy powerful, but for the small task of sucking up GP pellets, it is perfect. It rarely tries to eat the fleece bedding or a GP that has ventured too close. Its fairly quiet, for a vacuum, and does not cause too much of a disturbance in the cage or our house. It is light weight so my petite darling daughter can handle it just fine. She does struggle with emptying it, and honestly so do I, the placement of the release button makes it hard for small hands to hold and press at the same time. However it cleans up well and while we will not be using it to clean crumbs off the kitchen counters like the pictures show, we are happy with our purchase. Are there things that could be better, yes, but could it cost a whole lot more, yes!

Great for household pick ups and also for the car… it runs quiet and easy to maintain.

I love this handheld little vacuum. No more dragged out my upright vac just to do a quick area cleanup. Great suction too. I also love it for vacuuming up bugs that get into the house such as spiders, Centipedes, etc. The flap closes behind them so they can’t get out. No more touching bugs! Love it!

Compact and just right for furniture

y’know i got this thing for one purpose, but the sucking power dose not live to expectations, it gets the job done but not quick enough but i’m overall happy about it

Worked well for about a month and abruptly stopped. It no longer can turn on. Contacted the manufacturer, no response. Since it has passed 1 month, I can not return it on Amazon either. Extremely disappointed. Update - the manufacturer/seller replied and agreed to send a replacement. I appreciate that. I have not received it yet, but hopefully the replacement will provide a better experience. Update on Feb 17, 2023 - the manufacturer/seller sent the replacement promptly. The new vacuum has been working without any issue now for over 3 months.
