I use it when I see things on the floor. Bits of paper. Leaves. Better than always dragging out the big vacuum cleaner. The mechanism it odd. To me it is. Theres a rubber flap holding the stuff in. Weird. And this vac is sadly underpowered.

Revised review: Incredible customer service. They sent a new model for free after refunding the original purchase price. Original Review: It worked fine after the first full charge. After that, it never worked or accepted a charge again. Fortunately it broke within the return period

Overall its better than the other one I had made my car look really good. Even my non verbal son noticed when I picked kids up from school cause he started putting the floor soon as he got in (my car had been a mess ) !!! I just did my stairs to and it got those pretty good

Mine only came with two attachments not with the others that are shown in this picture. It runs about 20 minutes. I dont use it all at once Just here and there for a few minutes picking up crumbs and dog hair that gathers on my wood floors. Battery life is poor and recharging it takes overnight! And this day and age Ive never had anything have to sit and charge for 18 to 20 hours before I could use it again. For that Id say its a rather poor quality maybe a three star

Long battery life and great suction

I originally gave one star because I did not like the design and performance of the hand vacuum. This company seen my review and sent me a different model without me even asking. I like the new vacuum and customer service they provided. Changed my rating to five star.

It’s nice and works ok but it wasn’t what I was expecting. I was sure I read something about it being good for pet hair but it wasn’t that good against it still good tho.

This product was very hard to get into crevices in a car. Suction was not as much As I would have liked either.

I cleaned the filter and now cant figure out how get it back on. Instructions just say put it back on. They have no customer service number. Only e mail. Have not heard back. I think I figured it out, but there should be diagrams.
