Update: after working with their customer service, they made the situation right and offered a replacement. Which is now working much better and no smell!! I updated my review a couple of stars just on the customer service alone. Previous review: This hand vacuum sucks and it is so smelly when you turn it on!! Every time I turn it on it makes me sick, the smell is like burnt rubber and ass. Ive checked multiple times the filter but it seems to be coming from the fan itself inside the unit. Its not very strong and the on/off is totally backwards. To turn on you hold down the button for 3 seconds to turn it off you hit it once so as a result you are multiple times accidentally turn off with a slight tough. I would have preferred the options flipped for less button pressing and accidents. Dont let these reviews fool you, this product was a waste of money.

Charge doesn’t last as long as I’d like, but the suction is decent

This small handheld vacuum is good for the price. Suction seems good, not great, and it is easy to clean. Fully charged, it runs the stated 20-30 minutes. Nice feature is the charging light, you know when it changes to blue, it is fully charged and ready to use. So far, only had it three weeks, the real drawback is the power on/off button. The handle section is short which makes the power button too close to your thumb and I constantly inadvertently turn it off and then must turn back on. So far that’s the only real downside. Not as strong suction as others I’ve owned, but works.

Great little vacuum but not a lot of suction. The design with the filter allows it to clog with dirt and hair quickly which reduces the suction. You will be cleaning it out frequently and washing the filters often. Sweep first then use this vacuum for detail work. Great size for the RV.

Great for household pick ups and also for the car… it runs quiet and easy to maintain.

I needed a new light weight handheld portable vacuum clearer to replace big bulky one I have had for 30 years. After searching the different brands I pick this one. Glad I did. This light weight machine works great. Has same suction as my sweeper in a handheld. Picks up everything in my vehicles including cat hair. I wish I had bought this sooner. Recharges fast and holds good long charge. I can clean two vehicles out on one charge. Im finding Im using this all over the house. The steps, small particles from my 3D printer, works great. The on/off button is easy to bump while using it but after you use it some, you learn to not bump it. Some complain about it on this model but I dont find it an issue. I would buy one again.

Ive been sent the latest version and it is much better than the one I was sent earlier. Suction power is much better and the battery life is good enough for everyday things in the home. The accessories do help is reaching dirt in different places. I recommend this as a good vacuum for a budget price.
