Pretty much what I expected lightweight, no cords, thats the best part. I wouldnt rate the suction at its highest star, but still does great on hardwood and vinyl floors.

There is a button on handle that is metal that creates a terrible static electricity shock that does not stop. I’ve contacted the manufacturer with no response. It’s unfortunate because it works well but not worth the painful shocking that goes with it

We have been using this vacuum for 3 weeks now. So far we really like it. It is very light to carry around the house. With its flexible head, it can easily reach the hard to clean area under the furnitures. We have both hard wood floor and marble floors in our house. This cordless vacuum works well on both floors with strong suction power so it does a great job in getting the floors cleaned. I also like the long battery time. My previous vacuum’s battery only lasted 10-15 minutes so I often had to charge before I could finish vacuum the whole house. But with this vacuum, the battery time is 60 minutes!

Returning this. It holds a full charge for 5 minutes and the battery gets very hot during the 5 minutes I was able to use it. To me that is a safety hazard. The suction was great while it did work. Perhaps I got a malfunctioned product.

Stop working after 5 months.

Was excited by the initial positive reviews but found out that the build quality was poor and did not withstand light usage in our home. The canister lid mechanism failed quickly and Amazon stated that it was a warranty issue I needed to take up with the seller/manufacturer. Emails to the provided address have gone unanswered and Im out of the return period. I would not recommend purchasing this unit.

Gasket where you empty the dirt broke, so we purchased another one only to have it break IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE On the second vacuum exactly one week past the return date. Totally over it. Don’t waste your money.

I am more than pleased with the vacuum and my Scottie loves it, too! It has plenty of suction power, is very maneuverable, and lasts plenty long enough for my use, Im guessing itll run some 20 minutes on medium (it has 3 power levels). Its especially good at picking up dog hair out of the carpet and small pebbles and stones we track into the house. I even use it to vacuum the garage. The first one I bought broke and simply mentioned that in a review. I received an email about 2 months later from the company reminding me that it was still under warranty and they were sending me a new vac. Elle kept me constantly up to date as to when it would ship and asked if Id received it ok. Have rarely ever had a company do that for me. So yes, I give it 5 stars...both the vacuum and the service!

The first one was replaced by the company because of the shocks coming from the handle, just like a previous reviewer has stated, so this definitely is a problem. The replacement did the same thing and I put a piece of duck tape around the handle so I could use it. It runs down really quickly unfortunately. So many great features about the concept but its not really up to par. You get what you pay for I guess.

Suction is fairly good; however, I cannot recommend this vacuum due to this metal knob on top of the handle that constantly shocks me when the vacuum is in use. Because of this, I am throwing it out and looking for something more safe to use.
