I turned on the vacuum and used it max 5 minutes and it completely shut off on me the battery was full it won’t turn on no more I don’t know what to do .. this is such an inconvenience DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!

This is better than Dyson. Light weight and better price. Overall, nice product and great customer service. Recommend.

Had this for not even 2 months… it’s broke and nothing I can do. Amazon won’t return cause out of the window of return… for over $100 I’m very disappointed and wish I could just get my money back with out jumping through hoops with warranty people

This cordless vacuum cleaner gave me a huge surprise! Beautiful and modern exterior design, I love so much. Lightweight and 3-mode design brings great convenience to cleaning! It is also very handy and cleans crevice dust! I will high recommended my friends who also use this vacuum cleaner.

I actually like it better than the Dyson V6 that it replaced. It will pick up spilled cat kibble from the kitchen floor (the Dyson wouldn’t). The only (small) hassle is having to remove the battery to charge it.

This beauty sucks up dust from hardwood floors!! It used to take a broom, a dry swiffer and then a damp pass with yet another mop to make the floors look like this! Definitely saves me time! You can remove the long handle and use this vacuum to get the stairs as well. However, you will need to charge the battery fully if you expect to clean carpeted stairs, especially if you want to operate it on the highest suction setting. The reasons I cant give it the full five stars: -The battery life is poor. They warn you when you open the package that you will need to fully charge/fully drain (by using) up to three times before it operates normally. I vacuum a living room, dining room, kitchen and small bathroom about 4x a week and have to charge after two complete times. This is not a deal breaker for me, but something you may want to consider. -This vacuum does not like rugs, especially if they have lots of padding. However, there are 3 suction settings. When operated on the lowest one, it takes care of rugs beautifully. It just may not be getting deep down dirt. For that, you may need an extra charge on the battery so it can run at top suction. Once again, not a deal breaker for me. (Did I mention it sucks the dust off of hardwood floors?!!!)

So this is a nifty little vacuum. However, when using it to vacuum the floor, it gives me little static shocks constantly everytime I touch any metal parts on the vacuum. I have encountered static shocks from other machines vacuuming carpets, but with this machine, it happens on bare floors. Meh.
