This machine worked great for a few months. Now after 6 months battery will not hold charge for 2 minutes. CRAP! Don’t buy it!

I am more than pleased with the vacuum and my Scottie loves it, too! It has plenty of suction power, is very maneuverable, and lasts plenty long enough for my use, Im guessing itll run some 20 minutes on medium (it has 3 power levels). Its especially good at picking up dog hair out of the carpet and small pebbles and stones we track into the house. I even use it to vacuum the garage. The first one I bought broke and simply mentioned that in a review. I received an email about 2 months later from the company reminding me that it was still under warranty and they were sending me a new vac. Elle kept me constantly up to date as to when it would ship and asked if Id received it ok. Have rarely ever had a company do that for me. So yes, I give it 5 stars...both the vacuum and the service!

Update! Shunzao replied but did not do anything to resolve the problem with my broken vacuum! I they asked how they could help.... but gave no opportunity for a reply. Their customer service is a joke and their warrantee is worthless! DO NOT BUY! Total waste of a lot of $$$$ (It was $169 when I got it). It worked well at first, but does not stand in an upright position when stored. It keeps falling over and, finally the end cap was lost and the housing is separating from the rest of the machine. We found the end cap under a cabinet where it had slid. Im sure there are directions somewhere that would tell us how to put it back together, but at the moment it is a useless, expensive toy! If anyone can help ... please do!

This vacuum has great suction, easy to use, and looked promising. Unfortunately, the dirt cup is flimsy at the latches and they break easily.

Returned before using when realized that the only way you can charge it is by removing the battery completely. Came with a wall mount but what’s the point if you cannot charge it while it is stored on the mount. Bad design.

I ended up returning it. First I understand that its cordless so it cant go on like a cord one, but the battery life on it sucks. It also smells weird and the battery feels hot to the touch. As far as how well it picked up? Not impressed at all. For something that is $100, I kind of expect a more power machine that could be use longer than 30 minutes.

Great vacuum

My vacuum has stopped working, when I try to use it it overheats and shuts off. I bought this in July of 2022

This cordless vacuum is pretty awesome! The best feature is the light on the front of it. The worst feature is the battery pack is pretty hard to remove in order to recharge. Overall - sweet little house cleaner companion!
