3/8/23-changing my rating. Plastic hinge on canister broke. Vacuum is not usable. Contacted company. No replacement available. I would not purchase again and don’t recommend this vacuum. Update 2: (8/2/22) Company sent new vacuum and the replacement works great. No static shocking at all. It really is a nice vacuum. Runs smoothly. Three suction options and I love the lighted floor tool. Really appreciate the customer service, too. Update 1: The company contacted me again yesterday (7/26/22) and offered to send a replacement vacuum as they have not received this type of complaint before. I ordered on a friend’s recommendation and she confirmed she did not experience the static shock from the metal piece like I am experiencing. I will update again when I receive replacement. Pleased with offer from the company. It is a really nice vacuum aside from the shock factor. I am not sure why this metal piece is on the vacuum handle. No labeling in user manual as to its function. When I use the vacuum, my hand gets “shocked” (static electricity type). I immediately reached out to support per email in the instructions. They replied to initial email requesting order number. Sent the info but since then I’ve not heard anything back for about 5 days. I sent a third email trying to find out what the metal piece was designed to do. Wondering if I could cover with electrical tape? Vacuum is nice - being “shocked” - not so nice. Also frustrated with lack of follow up by seller.

Update! Shunzao replied but did not do anything to resolve the problem with my broken vacuum! I they asked how they could help.... but gave no opportunity for a reply. Their customer service is a joke and their warrantee is worthless! DO NOT BUY! Total waste of a lot of $$$$ (It was $169 when I got it). It worked well at first, but does not stand in an upright position when stored. It keeps falling over and, finally the end cap was lost and the housing is separating from the rest of the machine. We found the end cap under a cabinet where it had slid. Im sure there are directions somewhere that would tell us how to put it back together, but at the moment it is a useless, expensive toy! If anyone can help ... please do!

So this is a nifty little vacuum. However, when using it to vacuum the floor, it gives me little static shocks constantly everytime I touch any metal parts on the vacuum. I have encountered static shocks from other machines vacuuming carpets, but with this machine, it happens on bare floors. Meh.

I ordered this vacuum about a month ago, and I have to say it’s lightweight and has great suction..it’s easy to put together and easy to clean. Battery last a long time . Im very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend..

This thing is very lightweight and easy to maneuver. It also had great suction power. The issue I had was that Ive got two medium-hair dogs who often shed in clumps. The canister isnt small, and can suck up a decent amount of dirt and single hairs, but when clumpier stuff starts coming through it quickly fills the canister and takes some digging to get it empty so you can continue.

this light weight vacuum is so nice to have. its light weight and easy to use. I love all the extra attachment tools that make small jobs easy to handle. if I could change anything I wish the battery pack didnt have to removed to charge taking it off just adds an extra step. Other than that its a great household tool that makes cleaning easier.

I love this vacuum! It has great suction, the head moves in more directions than my Dyson and it is lighter in weight and the battery lasts twice as long !!! The light on it makes it clear where I need to go especially on my hardwood floors. I love how the charger is just plugged into the wall and it has a mount for the vacuum but you can bring the charger anywhere! Best vacuum ever!

Seems pretty easy to use

I turned on the vacuum and used it max 5 minutes and it completely shut off on me the battery was full it won’t turn on no more I don’t know what to do .. this is such an inconvenience DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!
