Darn Tough Modern

I bought these for my SO who was working on tugboats at the time. It is a lot of walking, and he liked that the compression helped keep his feet from hurting as much. The cushioned steel toe pocket is a great feature, and he really really likes it. I recommend this for anyone who does a lot of waking, or who, like me, your toes bang in to the steel toe on your boots no matter what!

Socks are very tight and difficult to put on.

20 dollars for a pair socks seems outrageous, it is outrageous. These might be worth it. Comfy, moisture wicking, anti microbial -(I havent had an athletes foot flare up in my work boots in the summer time since i started wearing these) . Really nice socks

Really like these socks and after only a couple of wears/washes they appear to be of high quality - making them worth the price. Comfortable and warm but not too bulky.

These particular model Darn Tough socks seem to run on the small side compared to the others. They do stretch out throughout the day to be comfortable though. Either way, great socks. I wont give them 5 stars until I wear out a pair and have to warranty them.

This is one of the best boot socks Ive ever owned, I like them just as much if not better than my Dan Post western socks. I like them because theyre thin enough they dont add any gerth to my foot which if you have a bigger foot you know is a problem but are thick enough to keep your foot protected. They work very well in traditional or lineman work boots they also stay up over your calf in western boots, and at the end of the day my feet ar nice and dry which adds to the comfort.
