Best socks for safety toe footwear

Nicely made sock, but these run very small. I bought the Largest Sock they sell. It said they fit up to Mens 14+. Im a size 14 and I couldnt get these over my heal. Sorry. A huge swing and a Big Miss.

Fantastic product!! Working construction and grateful to not have to keep pulling up these socks. Also havent had cold feet since getting them, even in 0 degree weather.

Been wearing Darn Tough socks for years now and they have never let me down. Very tough, comfortable and the warranty is awesome. While expensive, these are a buy-once-cry-once product.

Best socks ever. My husband loves them but the white pair turned yellow when they were washed. They were washed with other white items and nothing else changed color - they now look like someone peed on them. I guess we will have to stay with the grey socks.

I usually LOVE Darn Tough socks! I have at least 10 pairs of them, and think they are the best socks available; except for this pair. Even when new, they’ve been so tight that it is almost impossible to put them on! They are the exact same size (xl) As all my others pairs, and all the other pairs are sized just right. Really, this white pair should be rated 0 stars because I can’t use them at all, but the company is such a 5+ in all other ways; hence the 2 star rating. I should have returned them, but I thought them might fit better over time. My bad.

Darn Tough are the only socks I have owned for the last 3 years. I wear them for work ( power lineman), everyday wear, horseback riding, and hunting. I even own some of their ankle socks for summer wear with shorts. My other darn tough socks are the mid calf Standard Issue Cushioned Crew item #1474. I was glad to see they came out with a simular sock that was over the calf so I bought these in medium size as I wear a 9.5 and thats what the size chart recommended. The sock fits great on the foot but the calf portion actually goes over my knee. So I just fold the top down about 3. They fit great otherwise and actually stay up as I have small calf and other socks always slide down. My other Darn Tough socks never shrank and held up really great so I suspect these socks to be the same. I will buy more but will try a size smaller. Its really hard to find a wool sock thats over the calf and also standard thickness like a plain old cotton sock.
