Decal Setting Solution-Micro Scale Micro Sol 102 + Micro Set 101 Package Decal

I preface by stating Im just a beginner or starter builder for gundam/gunpla. Some decals are just pure madness in the curves and wraps that need to be done, think circles and angled arc circle slides. This product will work, but it just doesnt hold that well and I still see silvering, almost everywhere, and thats for primed, painted and sealed and relatively flat surfaces. I switched over to Mr. Mark Softer and Setter, and it really is night and day. Decals really do stick and wrap surfaces, maybe even too well. I know, Im being harsh, this product will work and the price is excellent, but if you can spend more, go for Mark, its just easier overall, especially when your model has like @100+ decals...

The pictures and title alone show why you should get this. Amazing 2 step process to get your decals looking right in less than 10 mins. This was my second ever model I’ve finished and i always dreaded doing decals, now they’re too easy to get right.

Have used it on a few old models where decal never adapted well to irregular surface and even on old models the Sol worked great. Now I use it on every single build. Don’t know how I lived without this stuff!

This stuff works really good. It softens the decals for uneven surfaces. Made the Gung-Ho decal so easy to do.

This is a gift from God for setting decals. I had boyhood memories of misery. Crooked, rumpled decals. I was nervous about setting decals on my museum quality Wells Fargo stagecoach model, three months in the painstaking making. Every decal floated into place perfectly even when my big fat fingers attempted to make a hash of it. Glorious, highly recommended product.

Didnt get a full micro set. Some was clearly used before. Havent even open the bag yet and im already disappointed. This is just a small solution so that amount is a lot to lose, so it works out expensive for the amount.

Product came fast and love both of these for decals. Five stars.
