DeoxIT D100L-25C Precision Needle Applicator, More Than A Contact Cleaner, 25 mL, Pack of 1

I bought this to stop the crackeling noises coming from the pots on an old guitar of mine. It works great and is quick and simple to apply.

for noisy pots this is the stuff, works and really lasts. I like to get the speray as well because sometimes you want to pinpoint with this applicator and somtimes you need the spray to get the cleaner where you need it. A must have for older electronics.

Good stuff. Beware around switch wafers, however.

Without a doubt, DeoxIT is by far the best product of its kind available. Ive used it many times to eliminate the noise in old potentiometers ... saving untold dollars in repair costs and probably saving lots of gear from the scrap heap since many of these were obsolete parts. THis particular supplier had a very competitive price and very prompt shipping.

Great for electrical connections. Keeps corrosion to a minimum. Applicator is nice. One drop does most situations.

Everyone should have some of this on hand to keep all of their electronic/battery operated devices working at their best. Ive been using this for over 30 years, and know from experience that IT WORKS GREAT! Keep contacts clean, conductive and rust free. A little goes a long way, and it will pay for itself in battery costs by extending the their usable life.

Received this yesterday and applied two drops to the on off volume control switch of my 30 year old radio and it cleared up the cracking and popping sound when I turned it on. What sold me was that it is safe on plastic. I have seen some other cleaners that work very well cleaning electrical equipment but will cause some plastics to weaken and crack. This bottle will last me a long time.

I think it it did the job , I used it to get some rust from the frame of a window.
