I purchase these disposable pull up underwear for a close 62 year old male friend who suffers from prostate cancer. Overall, Depends RealFit incontinent underwear is the best product to mask an embarrassing situation. Ive worn them for several years and theyve never let me down. A word of caution, however, the seams could be stronger, and like everything they do have a limit for capacity. At first I was taken aback by the cost, but the self-confidence they give is well worth the price.

The best thing I’ve found for my hubby. Cost a few more pennies, but eliminated accidents and preserves his dignity. More comfortable. Best variation they have made so far. No leaking around the legs. Enough to control most diarrhea. Yea!
