> 3 dayI purchase these disposable pull up underwear for a close 62 year old male friend who suffers from prostate cancer. He was diagnosed as being stage 4 and chose 1 of the surgery options that were recommended by his doctors. While the cancer is under control his bladder control is not. The doctors are still optimistic that the control will come back. In the mean time no one prepared him and he admits he never gave a thought about needing incontinence garments. His savings depleted and urinating night and day, much more than he ever had before the surgery he was in some really expensive trouble. I asked about this type of situation at the senior center and they told me how desperate those with incontinence become and there is little assistance available to them. I am older than he is and on a budget myself. I know how I would feel if I had urine running down my legs, no money and was staying at home all the time because I smelled like urine. I have been spending $200.00 a month out of my personal savings to help keep my friend dry. I have been buying Depend Real Fit Incontinence Underwear for Men, Maximum Absorbency, L/XL, Black, 52 Count here on Amazon for my friend. It is a little on the expensive side but it is very absorbent and fits snugly around the thighs preventing leakage most of the time. My friend reports back to me that he wear them to bed at night because they are rugged and seldom leaked at night. He cautions that you got to treat them with care and not yank them on stretching them out of shape. Because of the cost he only wears them to bed or when he goes to the doctors and wants to make sure he isnt embarrassed because they leaked and wet his outer pants. They do work well for him and seldom wets the bed when he wears them. Laundering bedding is expensive especially because he has to use coin-op machines. Laundry, another expense that he was not prepared for. He recommends to try to remember not to yank them on and stretch them out of shape. Those dressing stick aids used to pull up underwear or pants can put a hole in the underwear and tear the paper. Like he says after all they are paper and they will stretch and tear just like most of the products do some time or another. I purchase them here on Amazon because they have the best deal and quick to ship them.

> 3 dayOverall, Depends RealFit incontinent underwear is the best product to mask an embarrassing situation. Ive worn them for several years and theyve never let me down. A word of caution, however, the seams could be stronger, and like everything they do have a limit for capacity. At first I was taken aback by the cost, but the self-confidence they give is well worth the price.

> 3 dayThe best thing I’ve found for my hubby. Cost a few more pennies, but eliminated accidents and preserves his dignity. More comfortable. Best variation they have made so far. No leaking around the legs. Enough to control most diarrhea. Yea!

> 3 dayThey have been fine until today. My skin seems to be rejecting them due to rash with hives today. I will take a few days off and see what happens in the future.
