These seem to fit better than the Depends I was purchasing at the store--must be a different style? Occasionally, when pulling up the section over the bottom, the pants will tear along the waistband area. Very happy to have these for my husband. They fit him well and are not bulky or visible under his pants.

These look so nice, and are great for occasional dribblers. But when things get a little more serious, they fail completely. DryDirect brand or Tranquility will give you confidence for 6-8 hours, while Depends might last all of 2 or 3. The difference in cost is quickly made up in quantities used (8-10 daily for Depends, 4-5 for DryDirect) plus the time and money spent for endless laundry. Not to mention the stress of worrying about failure when away from home. I can’t believe we went over a year before finding alternatives, and often think of my dad, who spent his last 10 years in an endless search to remedy his problems with these big name brands that just don’t work.

The product is good except for this defect.

I have never had a bad product from Depen before, but this one takes the cake. They constantly slid down off my behind in the back, and almost every pair would tear when I pulled them up. These are supposedly the same size I always wear but do not fit in the rear. Also, I was not abusive as I pulled them up, but they tore just the same.

Runs smaller than other diapers the same size.l

My husband, who suffers from incontinence, is convinced that the REAL FIT DEPENDS are the best in fit and comfort. He wont wear anything but the Real Fit. He is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 190 lbs. The Extra Large is the best size for him. Easy to pull up and down, and easy to change.

Works as advertised.

A little on the small size and why are you able to wear them up high in front but hardly enough to cover the crack of my ass??? made of good quality material, yet not too enthused with how the absorption piece is attached in front.

As I get older I find certain functions of the body dont work as well as they once did. An exercise program, vital for all, coupled with proper eating, like my face sees a lawn and munches on it every night, and I still find myself, in my mid 70s as requiring a dependable source of drippage collection.
