Overall, Depends RealFit incontinent underwear is the best product to mask an embarrassing situation. Ive worn them for several years and theyve never let me down. A word of caution, however, the seams could be stronger, and like everything they do have a limit for capacity. At first I was taken aback by the cost, but the self-confidence they give is well worth the price.

The Real Fit briefs are designed to look like regular mens briefs, which helps my son feel less self-conscious about wearing them. I have used this product for a few years now and have been relatively pleased. However, the package I purchased last month has caused me to change my opinion. I dont know if I got a bad lot or if they have changed the product quality, manufacturing process, or what, but they fall apart putting them on. After complaint, the company apologized and sent me a full refund. Tried them again and they are doing well again. Just got a bad batch. Great customer service.

Depend Real Fit Maximum Absorbency Incontinence Underwear for Men have great medium to maximum absorbency. I like the look of the underwear compared to other products. The problem is, if you are somewhat overweight to obese, the waistband immediately rolls down and becomes somewhat uncomfortable. The waistband on products by Tena are much less likely to do this.

I switched to a cheap brand and they did not perform as well as Depend. Did have the nice appearance of Depend and did not have the comfort. I will stay with Depend. This is a great supplier. Package in non-descriptive box and delivers it promptly.

The best ever especially if you are on a fire scene and can’t go. They are very comfortable and you don’t even know you are wearing them.
