The hose and brush attachments that come with it are pretty cheap. But it has good suctioning power, and the attached power cable is nice and long.

So, we got a puppy. We had hoped she wouldnt be a big shedder (shes a true pound puppy), but we were very wrong. She also wont housebreak, but thats another story for another review. As soon as I realized that vacuuming the couch was now a daily required task (sigh), I was on the hunt for a handheld vac so I didnt have to lug out my Dyson upright everyday. I didnt want to mess with battery powered - I wanted plug in power! I opened it immediately (bc Im in my mid thirties and excitement looks different these days) and went to work on the couch. It worked like a charm. I did find that using the dust brush worked best on the couch, but without worked best on the chair. Noted. The stairs are next, but I imagine itll work just as well. (Although it may require a plug change in the middle - not sure if the cord will be long enough to make the distance. First world problems.) It also worked great with the extension piece to clean the baseboards. I would love to have seen a place to wrap the cord onto the actual vacuum and on board storage for the dust brush would be convenient, but theyre definitely not deal breakers for me. And at this price point, Ill deal with the minor inconveniences. So, in summation, while we may regret this puppy (I kid... mostly), we certainly dont regret this vacuum purchase. And we will love both for a long time.

I really like the suction power of this little vacuum. It is kind of mediocre to use it without the extension or the hose adapter because of the distance from a surface to the opening. I dont know why it was built this way but as long as you know that its best to use it with the attachments you will be happy. Since it is small is easy to get to tight places especially inside cars. My wife cleaned her big suv with it and really liked the suction and cleaning ability of this vacuum. I cleaned my small car and really like the maneuverability with the hose attachment. It did not get extremely hot even though I used it for about an hour. This is my first small vacuum so I dont have any other experience to compare it with, but I was hesitant to buy it because I believe my big shop vac would be better but this is easier to maneuver, take out, and clean. I dont know how long the filters will last but they do get dirty fast. In the hour that I used it it got very dirty and I had to clean it before also since my wife had finished using it. The suction power however I believe did not change.

Great little Vacuum for small furniture or cleaning up dusty/cobwebby corners but not ideal for use on any size of actual carpet unless you want to feel like youre scrubbing a swimming pool with a toothbrush.

I used this vacuum to clean my car interior. I found that using just the flip attachment was easier and better than using the included brush and hose. I am very happy with the results.

Oddly enough, I went to buy a cordless vacuum and ended up with this one with a cord... Unpackaged it, saw a cord, reviewed my order thinking somebody other than me must have screwed up--you know, the stages of denial. Hardly worth time/$ sending it back for my mistake, so we started using it. I still remember the startup torque felt in my wrist when it was first turned on. The really cool thing is that when I turn it on today, the torque is the same as it was in 8/2016! If I had bought a cordless, doubt this would be the case... And likely, Id be spending this time researching cordless handheld vacuums (to replace the cordless one that no longer holds charge) instead of writing this review. (And Id be feeling guilt if someone happened to not dispose of the old unit battery correctly!) So... The cord is a little inconvenient, but we use this in an open area, so its not a big deal for us. I do a decent job maintaining it--knocking the dust out of the filter once in a while, and replacing the entire filter twice now... If you want a vacuum to last, maintaining it is important. Biggest concern is that the picture displayed of the same model vacuum sold today shows a transparent case--mind does not have this. The one I purchased is completely red. Id wonder what else is different if I were to purchase it again, but would prefer a transparent case that would help me know when it needs dumped out. Something technical to note is that mine has .7 Amps on the label--this equates to ~84 Watts. For comparison, the Dyson V7 is 100W, is cordless, and is ~$200... But Im not reviewing the Dyson as Ive never used it... Hope this helps--happy sucking!

I had a Dirt Devel handheld unit for 10+ years that finally gave out so I came here to buy another one. Im only using it for around the cat box and along the side of walls in my own home. The suction is okay--it does clog and you have to put your fingers in there to push the material out of the way. The suction opening is way too narrow--it needs to be wider. If I get one year out of this model I did well.

Works well with strong suction but is difficult to open it to clean it out.
