> 3 dayI love the floss but the new packaging isn’t working for me. I get why they may have changed it but getting the paper wet just isn’t fun.

Greater than one weekThe dental floss is excellent. I feel it actually helps remove plaque versus many flosses that skim over accumulations. The new packaging is good only for absorbing water and disintegrating. You can still use the floss but have to cut it each length. Will look for a different floss. Bathroom sink areas are wet-I applaud the efforts to be more environmentally conscious but if you make it too hard to use the product you negate your efforts.

> 3 dayIts no longer in the usual dental floss container but in a paper envelope. It makes a lot of sense for them not to use plastic, but I guess I thought there was a sort of plastic material in existence that is biodegradable. If there is, it would work better with that - but if not, then I guess a paper envelope is the way to go and works well enough!

> 3 dayI want to start by saying the best thing for me, is the fact this floss doesn’t shred and get stuck like other floss does. If you have a lot of dental work like I do, I think you’ll love this. I started using a crazy expensive coconut floss that was in a quarterly subscription box. I liked it because it was thicker and more Earth friendly, but when I went to actually buy more I just refused to pay that much for it. Dr. Tungs Smart Floss is better in every way! It’s thicker but not so thick that it gets stuck in my dental work. I love the cardamom flavoring but honestly it could be punched up. I don’t end up cutting the circulation off in my finger tips either! Thanks for inventing this new and awesome floss! I love it!

> 3 dayOk. I am not a happy customer, so I could give this less than 5 stars. But the product advertised correctly, I just didnt pay attention close enough. I am a happy Dr. Tungs floss user, and when I found out that they went all green, I was/am running low on their original packaging, so the replaceables they sold at the supermarket werent enough for me. I thought these were the originals, but these have gone green too and they now come in all carton packaging. Less than ideal, if you ask me, but admirable, yes. Im not there yet and will return these. Once I find original packaging, I am happy to go with refills for the rest of my life, Ill treasure the containers I still have. But for now, I just need some containers.

> 3 dayI enjoy this floss due to the structure and thread variation. It really ensures you’re getting all the debris out of your teeth. However, the new card stock packaging is terrible. Go back to plastic and double the amount of floss into that packaging. Paper products on a daily basis in a bathroom are not going to last. At most, the floss should be $5 for 2.

> 3 dayThe photo looks as though you will get the old dispenser but you don’t. I would rather they sell refill rolls than no future dispensers. Little plastic bags will not be safe if one of my cats gets hold of it. Dental floss is very dangerous for cats. To the manufacturer…please reconsider this change.

> 3 dayThis is such an easy floss to use! No shredding, and expands to space in between teeth. Great flavor, too!
