Worked with its own app but weve tried following the instructions and our own research but have been completely unsuccessful connecting with our Echo Alexa :(

When they work with Alexa, things are great but more often than not they turn off. When they turn themselves off, Alexa suggests checking internet connection, etc. I unplug it and plug it back in and then it works until the next time it turns itself off--too many times to be reliable.

I take this plug only for Using with Alexa. But I cant connect.

This never connected to the app and or Alex.

Good product at a fair price. Control of this switch with Alexa was never accomplished, dispute my best efforts…

I thought I had found a version of these smart plugs at last that had just two prongs for use in my older electrical sockets. Nope. These have two blades and that third round ground plug. Ive already got these kind. Im sending these ones back.

Stopped working within 6 months! When I first bought these, they were working reasonably well. Occasionally, they would no longer sync with my Wifi so when I asked Google to turn on/off this plug, it would say its unavailable right now. I would just unplug and replug the outlet and it would be fine. Happened infrequently enough that I didnt mind it. Fast forward to now, this happens pretty much every time. I simply cant rely on the plug working with Google. Im not sure if I got a detective unit, but buyers beware.

Try to connect to the wireless, I have the two versions 2.4 and higher, and yet this refuses to sync. Gave it a try, sent it back.

I tried a number of times to upload the plugs and the connect them to Alexa, I even called Alexa for help nothing worked

Ive bought two of these and so far both have blown after only using each for a month or so. I had these connected to an air conditioner that was below the 125v power supply and 10v load current max and they both unexpectedly stopped working and will not power back on. Not worth it I youre using these for air conditioners.
