It keeps disconnecting and some days its almost impossible to reconnect, i waste a lot of time trying to reconnect, its going in the trash

This stopped integrating with Alexa in October 2022. As of Nov 28 the integration has not been fixed. Thats the whole reason I bought this, making it pretty much worthless.

Try to connect to the wireless, I have the two versions 2.4 and higher, and yet this refuses to sync. Gave it a try, sent it back.

STILL CANNOT GET THEM TO WORK

The instructions are not clear, and printed at the smallest font possible. Would not link and requested full access to home network to include passwords.

Good product at a fair price. Control of this switch with Alexa was never accomplished, dispute my best efforts…

These plugs are not compatible with Alexa.

I was hoping I could plug my Ring light into and not burn out the off and on dimming knob as the previous had burned out. Well, after 2 hours of getting this to sync the wifi - when it does, connected to the Ring Light starts flickering. So this was returned - May have worked on something else, but the time to sync - I wasnt trying to do that again.

This smart plug is dumb. The only positive is I have the ability to turn it on and off if I remember. The automations do NOT work from the app.

Despite advertising as Alexa compatible, this DOES NOT connect to Alexa. You will try over and over, and you will receive the frustrating Unable to connect to Alexa at this time. False advertising.
