I tried a number of times to upload the plugs and the connect them to Alexa, I even called Alexa for help nothing worked

I purchased these to upgrade from the ones I have had for quite some time. After installing all 6 of these successfully, each and every plug would randomly shut off. I would have to go to different plugs and turn the power back on! When they did stay on they would disconnect from my wifi/internet. You would never know which one would be an “issue” on any given day. I tried contacting the supplier to see if there was anything I could do. I never got a response. I returned these and now I’m back using my old ones which work perfectly. I guess the old saying is true. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!” I can not recommend these at all.

Ive bought two of these and so far both have blown after only using each for a month or so. I had these connected to an air conditioner that was below the 125v power supply and 10v load current max and they both unexpectedly stopped working and will not power back on. Not worth it I youre using these for air conditioners.

I was hoping I could plug my Ring light into and not burn out the off and on dimming knob as the previous had burned out. Well, after 2 hours of getting this to sync the wifi - when it does, connected to the Ring Light starts flickering. So this was returned - May have worked on something else, but the time to sync - I wasnt trying to do that again.

Setup went fine, setting timers was OK. But them randomly they dont have a connection if you reset them they come back but about once a week they fall off the wifi. Guess you get what you pay for :(

One shot craps after two days of use

I take this plug only for Using with Alexa. But I cant connect.

Great product. Easy instructions and set up. And now it works flawlessly and effortlessly from my phone. I originally had it set up with my Christmas tree to come on, on a set schedule every evening, and it worked beautifully. Now I’m using for other items to schedule light up. Grab one! You won’t regret it!

If you have someone you really do not like, buy them one of these. Theyll will be driven insane trying to make them work. Out of 4, Ive been able to make two work as advertised. The software is bush-league and the switches are poor build quality.

Stopped working within 6 months! When I first bought these, they were working reasonably well. Occasionally, they would no longer sync with my Wifi so when I asked Google to turn on/off this plug, it would say its unavailable right now. I would just unplug and replug the outlet and it would be fine. Happened infrequently enough that I didnt mind it. Fast forward to now, this happens pretty much every time. I simply cant rely on the plug working with Google. Im not sure if I got a detective unit, but buyers beware.
