Elegance Carry On Suitcase, 20” Hardside Luggage with TSA Lock, Spinner Wheels - Blue Grey

I really like this product other than it not being a hard shell case. I went on one direct flight and it looks like I’ve had it for three years. Scratched to heck. I know it could be the handlers fault but other bags looked better that were much older. I’d like to know how much polypropylene is mixed in to the plastic. That would make make it scratch super easy.

Will recommend to anyone who needs sturdy and cute luggage.

I used this for a 10 day trip to take care of my mother. I packed it FULL and managed to bring enough clothes with a bit of extra just in case. It was still lightweight enough for me to get it into and out of the overhead bins and into/out of the car easily.

Light weight, rolls easy, and looks great.

This was exactly what I was looking for in a suitcase. Arrived right on time for me to pack and drive to the airport with room to spare.

Everything came! The packing cubes also came, I just had to open one of the pockets inside the suitcase and it was there! Suitcase came well protected in two sturdy boxes (Amazon box and brand box) as well as covered in a soft bag to help prevent scratches. It has instructions on how to reset the TSA lock. Perfect so far. I went online to see reviews abt this company and many say it’s pretty good. I will be taking it internationally so I’ll edit my review when I come back!

I really like the look of this bag but it has sustained considerable cracks after standard baggage handling over the course of only a few plane trips. Whats more, the warranty doesnt cover any damage caused by baggage handling. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a product that can withstand normal travel demands.

Solid roller bag. As much as it pains me to say...... Cant wait to get to the airport and use this thing. No one likes long security lines, lugging, dragging, kicking your bags. Standing there for an hour. But I dig this bag so much Im willing and ready to get in line to test it out. Also a little trip away from reality is always a great mental booster.

Used the suitcase 2 times and the zipper is already broken on it.
