This is by far my favorite tape measure lots of built-in features, pencil sharpener and a area to write on the tape measure itself for a quick measurements.

Incredibly useful and wish Id purchased this long ago! Once you buy it youll ask yourself why you didnt do so long ago

I bought 2 of these because I have to measure 16ths a lot. This tape is soo very useful, and easy to read. I keep forgetting it has a pencil sharpener too! I am actually planning on buying a few more incase these disappear as things I really like do.

Its nice to read from both sides, but all my measurements kept coming out slightly off, couldnt figure it out. Then I realized the hook fasteners were loose causing the tape to fluctuate and 1/8th of an inch which is a decent amount when youre trying to be precise.

Love it! As a casual DIY’er, it makes reading a tape super quick without having to think about the 1/16ths. AND it’s able to be read whichever way you measure.

Hard to believe a tape measure can be upgraded but mine was!

For beginners to advanced stuff this tape great. The clip is a great feature too that makes one handed use easy

You will find most 16 tape measures on the market are basically toys. I have found only two that are made to almost the same standard as the more popular twenty-five footers. The Fast Cap is the better of the two. As a professional I will go through about four of these a year. Cheap enough, but I would rather pay more for higher quality, which I just cant find. My rating for this product is in comparison to other sixteen footers.
