Great scissors, these are really sharp! I use these all the time to cut fabric. They are very nice and go through whatever fabric I have very easy. I have had them for over 6 months now and they are still very sharp. Really like these scissors. They have a nice feel in your hand also. They feel pretty heavy, sturdy.

Seriously, Fiskars is and has been the go-to product for cutting things. Spend the extra buck and you wont be sorry.

Fiskars is always a good name. What more can be said besides that it is the best.

Good quality

Look at the photo closely. The blades overlap like a standard right-handed pair (top blade on right when looking at the handle). Then look at the actual left-handed ones on Amazon or anywhere else. The top blade is on the Left. These are just ordinary right handed scissors with a modified handle. When I went to return them the invoice even SAYS right handed!

Since there was some controversy in earlier reviews if the scissors are truly left-handed, I was hesitant when ordering them for my son school supplies. Well, we have just received the package and I can gladly report to the Amazon community that as of August 2013 this product is in fact truly left-handed scissors, both the blades and the handle. Fiskars makes excellent quality line of scissors that I was purchasing for my son over the years, so probably there is no need to talk about that. Hence overall five stars.
