I only use one band, but it meets my needs.

Its more a problem of the Item Description, but unless you are going to use it exactly as shown in the photos, be aware that it may not work for you. Also be aware of the fact that there are two sizes mentioned 9n the description, and get the size you need.

There are different levels from me to use as I get stronger. For right now I can do Medium. Cannot wait until I can go back to regular workout.

Great for works and love the different strengths

Great product for workouts that require a bit more resistance but not enough to use thicker bands. You can also stack bands for more challenging workouts

The bands are made with good quality

Packaged in pretty pink pouch. Bands are beautiful shades of pink and purple. We’ll made. Each band is printed with its weight gage. Also comes with helpful instruction manual. I am very happy with this purchase!!
