Love that they came with a storage pouch to keep the bands together for easy access. Like the colorful options. I am very satisfied with these bands (3 weeks use thus far).

Its more a problem of the Item Description, but unless you are going to use it exactly as shown in the photos, be aware that it may not work for you. Also be aware of the fact that there are two sizes mentioned 9n the description, and get the size you need.

Easy to use with instructions and portable.

Purchased these to test arm draw strength for making bows. Did my own calibration of draw weight (pounds) at draw lengths from 15 to 26 inches and they agree pretty well with the table included in the product instruction brochure. Please keep in mind that these are elastic bands and each lot may vary in tension. Consequently probably will not match the values in the chart precisely. I especially like the range of colors (pink set) which make it easy to visually select the right band tension without having to read the label on the band.

I’m enjoying these workout bands so far. Even though the lightest one kicks my butt. I use them with YouTube videos and they really do the job.
