They definitely reach my expectations. Take your leg workouts to a new level.

Exercise upper body is the use. Each band, different color represents a stronger band, more strength needed to stretch it out.

The 5 different resistance levels made working through rehab very smooth. I started for a week using the x-light band and gradually worked my way into the x-heavy band.

I ordered these for my parents after my mom had healed from a broken shoulder. They use them every morning following a couple of people on YouTube. They love them and can tell the increase in mobility and strength.

I was looking for a variety of loop bands to help rehab my hip and these are great. The extra light band is perfect for a few of the exercises I am doing. The resistance seems true to how much it says on the bands.

I have bought these before and they work great. I love using bands to work out, they are part of my everyday routine. I had my previous set for about 2 years and the first band broke. These bands do eventually wear out and you need to buy new. All bands do. If you are really nervous about having them break, I would say buy a new set every 1-2 years. It is like a rubber band snapping so it is startling, but I dont see how anyone could really hurt themselves with it (theres not enough resistance that you are hanging from them or anything like that). I felt for the length of time I had them and the frequency that I used them, that 2 years was a reasonable life span. So I would recommend these bands.

Even though I use the fabric bands I still use the rubber when I’m not wearing fabric tight. Still in great condition.

Similar to the ones I use in PT. Completely satisfied.
