Fitbit Sense and Versa 3 Charging Cable, Official Product

I will be buying one for every plae I may want to charge the watch so I dont have to hunt for them.

Edit 9/22/22: On my second one, I took it apart and saved the magnets before I threw the rest in the landfill. Theyre tiny, but strong. Theyre little neodymium rare earth magnets. I can pin things to my fridge with them. So far the third one has worked flawlessly. Its lasted long enough where Id be ok if it stopped working now. Ive been expecting it to for awhile. Changing my review from one to three stars. ----------------- Original review: I love my Fitbit Sense. Its a great watch. The problem is the cable. These companies have you over a barrel with their proprietary designs. Yes, other manufacturers make aftermarket versions, but those are likely even worse (according to the reviews). I dont need worse. These are bad enough, thank you. I have to believe these are similar to planned obsolescence, only this is planned failure so that you have to keep purchasing them. Ive gone through two of these and I treat them very gently. The problem is the prongs give in and get pushed into the body of the charger, rendering it unable to charge your watch. The original lasted from Nov 25, 2020 until Sept 20, 2021. The second one lasted from Sept 20, 2021 until 12/22/2021. Thats THREE MONTHs. This company knows this is a problem, they fail to fix the problem because theyve got you. Pay up... Well fine, then, one star for you.

Ive purchased replacement chargers in the past and they charge slowly and then quit working. This charger works very well. It charges much faster than the cheaper brands and I am very pleased with it.

At first this product worked great, however sometimes you did have to adjust a lil to make the correct connection for charging. I used it just over a month and one of the spring pins would not pop back out of the casing to make a charging connection.

Update Jan 23: I ordered generic (3rd party) replacement chargers here on Amazon. They are still working great! First, I must say that I really like my Fitbit Sense watch. It does what I want it to do. The original charger that came with the watch failed after 6 months. One of the 4 metal charging points actually came out, rendering the charger useless. So I ordered this replacement charger from Amazon in July 2022. It is now November 2022 and last night I discovered that one of those same 4 metal charging points is somehow pushed in and no longer makes contact with the phone. So here I am, 4 months after ordering this, and I am 3 months past Amazons return period. This is not a simple case of cleaning the contacts - its a hardware/manufacturing fail. So in a nutshell: A - These chargers are not well built; expect one of the 4 contacts to fail. B - If you are going to order an official Fitbit charger, you are better off ordering from the Fitbit site. That site states there is a 1-year limited warranty. (Im not sure what exactly it covers, but its better than the 2-month window from Amazon!) I decided to order a pair of 3rd party chargers here on Amazon. Wish me luck!

I just ordered my third replacement. The first replacement lasted about a year before failing with same issue. One of the pins pushed down and wont make contact. Its the same pin as before. This is like an undocumented $20 annual fee to keep using the product. I am going to order a highly rated third party space as backup for less than 1/4 of the cost per charging cable. They only need to last 3 months to break even.

I wanted an extra charger for my Fitbit Sense. This is exactly like the one that came with it so it is worth the money.
