Fitbit Sense and Versa 3 Charging Cable, Official Product

I take incredible care of all my products that I own & I never have any issues with anything that I own. However, this charging cable is poorly engineered. This is my 2nd one & it has officially broke after ~ 8 months. It isnt me, its the charging cable....the pins are engineered to break. I shouldnt need 2 charging cables in less than 2 years but with the Fitbit sense I do. They need to redesign their charging approach. I recommend finding a competitor smartwatch that has better a charging design that is less prone to failure. What a shame, because I do like Fitbits products, its just this charging approach is a bad engineering design. If you get a Fitbit sense, expect to regularly shell out $ for charging cables. This is not what any consumer deserves. FITBIT, STEP YOUR GAME UP!

Looks just like the original that came with my Versa 3. Just does not have the charging gizmo that you plug into an electrical outlet. Thank goodness I redound my original, so I use this one upstairs with my laptop. Handy!

Well My original cable has chosen not to show Up since three weeks sonI got this item. It looks like a nice original item and charges my fitbit as usual.

Works much better than the cheap generic ones.

The replacement itself is 5 stars but I subtracted a star for the design. One of the original charger connector pins became stuck down, so my watch would not charge properly.

Easy to use, charges my Fitbit fast.

Item impossible to find in stores. Arrived at my door the next day from when it was ordered. Great quality!!!

Got to replace original.
