Fitbit Sense and Versa 3 Charging Cable, Official Product

Fitbit dead. Lasted 5 1/2 mos. Have extended warranty. Suppose I’m going to have to use it. I’m sure it wasn’t the cord.

I bought this OE charger 6 months ago and it is already on its way out, this will make my third OE charger since I bought the watch.

This product charges my watch great.

I purchased a new FIBIT because the last died. I really like FIBIT so I went to AMAZON! Amazon is my favorite shopping site without leaving my home!!! I received my new FIBIT!!! I love it. It is important to exercise and FIBIT shows me how many steps I take daily….. It shows the number of steps I take each day…. This helps me to see my steps and challenges me to beat yesterdays final count. My second favorite, it monitors my sleep and shows my sleep pattern. I started having difficulty falling asleep and the graph shows REM, awake, light, etc. FIBIT also gives you a message on how to sleep better. I firmly recommend everyone that are health conscious to purchase this device….. Also, when you go shopping…. The FIBIT doesn’t count steps because your arms are not moving…. It’s the challenge to beat your best # of steps each day. Perfect Buy

I take incredible care of all my products that I own & I never have any issues with anything that I own. However, this charging cable is poorly engineered. This is my 2nd one & it has officially broke after ~ 8 months. It isnt me, its the charging cable....the pins are engineered to break. I shouldnt need 2 charging cables in less than 2 years but with the Fitbit sense I do. They need to redesign their charging approach. I recommend finding a competitor smartwatch that has better a charging design that is less prone to failure. What a shame, because I do like Fitbits products, its just this charging approach is a bad engineering design. If you get a Fitbit sense, expect to regularly shell out $ for charging cables. This is not what any consumer deserves. FITBIT, STEP YOUR GAME UP!

For some reason, my original charging cable for the Fitbit Sense became unreliable. It wouldn’t charge completely, even if plugged overnight. I cleaned contacts with no improvement. I replaced the cable (cheaper than replacing the Fitbit). It worked perfectly.

Easy to use, charges my Fitbit fast.
