> 3 dayUpset with this product quality, mostly because of the home button assembly. Upon completing the install and testing out the iPad before final assembly, the home button was not functioning. Upon closer inspection, I could see that it was poorly put together, and the button was sliding out of alignment with the cable. I ended up having to scavenge the home button from the old digitizer. I was really excited about the product, but in the end it was a disappointment. Also developed a hairline crack, so I had to reorder the part. Going with a different vendor.

> 3 dayThe glass cracked after 15 minutes. I took the original glass from the iPad and test bend it to see if it is as brittle but the original was very flexible. I was careless and broke the flex cable when I opened the iPad to replace the audio jack. I bought the new glass to replace myself but after 15 minutes of use, the glass cracked.

> 3 dayHome button fell off within first week. Adhesive to keep panel attached to backing not very durable. Directions and tools were perfect but product quality is poor.

> 3 dayMY ADVICE...TAKE YOUR TIME! Overall the product is well made. Definitely worth it if you take your time, recommend using a heat gun or blower to soften the adhesive on the side. Slowly and gently removing each side. Mine was heavily cracked so use clear tape! The rest is pretty easy to remove digitizer and be gentle when removing the chips from the board. Replace with new screen and connect all cables, and youre good. Also be gentle with the digitizer, try not to touch that during the process. Overall Im satisfied! The only gripe I have is with the flimsy home button thats provided with the new screen. I simply removed it and replaced it with the old one. Good to go!

> 3 dayAt first I was sckeptical to even try this since Ive never changed a screen on anything. Im a mom so it was risky. The hardest part was getting my old screen off(it took slot of heating up with my blow dryer) but after that I was just careful to not loose the screws, it was 5 that I had to take out. Took me a good 3-4 hours but I was so happy with the results . My iPad looks great and works great too.
