No cap for tip after opening. I would buy it again.

This stuff is thicker than things like WD-40 or 3n1 oil but migrates better than 30 wt. engine oil. Machinists swear by this stuff. Its good for drilling, tapping and generally lubricating tools with threads. A little goes a long way.

Cutting of diè threads in brass stock.

I had to drill a hole thru an impact socket, and I bought this oil to protect a new cobalt bit. I got the hole drilled and did not damage the bit and drilled it faster than with a HSS bit I tried before.

Was cleaning the threads without the cutting fluid. Had one boogerd that the tap didn’t want to go into it. Couple drops of the magic fluid and went in effortlessly.

I love this stuff. It makes drilling and taping so easy. I had a larger can for 20 years until it got so rusty I had to throw it away. Dont use it often, but when I do it makes the job so much easier.

Seems to help when using this on my drill press. The container tip makes it just about impossible to control how much fluid comes out. Planning to put this into some other type of container with a much smaller opening.
