I drill into mild steel and sometimes hardened steel. I used to go through drill bits like I would toilet paper. After using this product my drill bits last. I keep it on my tool bag and use it everyday. LIFE-CHANGING. Do yourself a favor and replace the yellow stopper tip with a yellow wirenut to prevent leaks.

Great stuff. Im just a home handy man kind of guy so this size will last a while. I drilled and tapped a hole and this made the cutting smooth and easy. I recommend this if you have been using WD40 as a cutting fluid. It works much better and helps prevent mistakes.

Why didnt I buy this sooner?

Worked good for tapping aluminum

I have a small machine shop and have used Tap magic for the last 40 years for tapping and drilling. This lubricant and cutting fluid makes drilling a snap in hard materials like stainless steel , reduces tapping pressures, saves cutting edges by keeping them cooler and is also great for sawing metals with a jig or band saw . When cutting thicker metal with a jig saw you can do an entire job with one metal cutting blade by applying small amounts of this product ahead of the cut ---dont machine metal without it .

First time to use this product. I was mildly surprised that it was as good as any I have used. Helps me tap or drill without going through a bunch of bits. Seems to stay in place longer that most oils. I definitely will continue to use but I will get a bigger container next time.
