I like these poles. Read the many lengthy, informative, technical reviews to find out why you should buy the Foxelli poles in particular; thats what I did. Ill just say that theyre easy to use and they help tremendously when Im walking in the woods. Rather than focusing on the ground to avoid putting my knees out, I can rely on the added stability provided by the poles and actually look around a bit.
