These trekking poles are excellent. I bought them based on a YouTube review and I am not disappointed. As you set the poles up, be sure to read the directions carefully—it will help you make a proper adjustment.

They were sturdy and easy to use, but mostly they gave us confidence and the stability we were looking for on the rough terrain. I have total hip replacements and these make it easier to walk.. After back surgery one leg has lost most of its feeling so these have already made it easier to walk in the house cant wait for better weather to go outside.
