> 3 dayThis is the one to buy. Very well built. So easy to use and I usually struggle with electronics. No USB ports so no energy drain. I will be looking for Geeni products in the future.

> 3 dayWorks great sometimes and not so great other times. I use Alexa with this plug and sometimes it turns the stuff on when I tell it to, other times I have to repeat myself several times to get results. But worth the money, do have 4 different items connected to it.

> 3 dayI have 3 of the surge protectors and used it in my previous apt with little issues such as random loss of connections. Ive recently moved to a new build home with fiberoptics and 2/3 of these stopped connecting. One works fine in the living room but the other 2 would not pick up the signal. After resetting it multiple time, they still didnt work. I contacted the company and they couldnt troubleshoot over the phone so they requested I sent a video of the Nth time to reset them to demonstrate that the devices were faulty. I waited for 2 replacements and I received 1 strip a day before they emailed me the tracking information after I waited a month for it. I started the process in July and received a device around August. I emailed them to follow up for the second device... 5 emails and 3 months later, they are still asking for my utmost patience but they still dont have a product out for me. This company has lost me as a customer, I will never purchase their products again. Id suggest that you save yourself the money and grief, go with another product, ANY OTHER PRODUCT... chances are other companies may have more reliable smart surge protectors and much better customer service and not make you wait 3... going on 4 months for a replacement.

Greater than one weekIt‘s suppose to be new but it looks used with a little wear. We’ll see if it works or if I have to send it back.

> 3 dayThis only just recently started messing up on me. its still supplies power but the smart functions seem to have completely gone away. I cant reset it or get it on my network or anything. I contacted geeni and they sent me a replacement though so that was nice. Other than that, I really like these power strips. You can control each individual outlet on them or the whole thing. Works really well through Alexa.

> 3 dayIt was very easy to connect to my wifi. I use it with my Google home, I use it for lamps in my bedroom. U can program each slot separately. So I just turn my lights on using my Google home. Very handy

> 3 dayIt worked great for the time it worked. Ive had for a few months now and now both of them stopped functioning correctly. My timers were off. Theyll turn on and off at random times whenever it feels like it. Although I could still go in the app and turn things on or off manually. It was getting really annoying that it didnt function correctlt anymore. So I tried resetting it and reconnecting it. Could t find it and connect it anymore. So now it just works like a normal basic power strip. And its not just one. Its all of the ones Ive got. They all started not workiny randomly. Not all at once. So Im giving it a three star cause they worked great when they did. But now theyre just basic power strips.
