Genie GSTB-R STB-BL Replacement Safety Beams, Black, 2 Pack, Black, one size (GSTB-R)

All functions of the opener quit worker with the exception of door open function. Replaced the Safety Beams with this replacement kit and now all functions work properly along with the accessories.

Simple & Easy, not much else is these days! A quick fix to a non working garage door, smart that genie did not change this essential part over the years! Fit a 25 year old model.

I assumed this would work with my Overhead Door garage door opener model 556 as questions were answered that said it did. It did not work for me however. Ours was manufactured in 1992 so not sure if that has something to do with it or not. Anyway, returning this.

Easily installed in minutes. Works perfectly.

Replaced my original ~10 year old sensors because the garage would never close if there was direct sunlight hitting the beam path. So frustrating! These new sensors have yet to fail us after several months no matter how bright it is outside.
