Works as should. Has good reach to. We are about 450ft from gate and use it to open from inside house. Works well without even having to open the door to the outside.

I need a few extra remotes so I had one in each vehicle. These arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Very easy to program. You simply hold it next to an existing transmitter and press a few buttons.

The distance needed to be more. About 45 ft .
