Ghost Controls 3-Button Remote Transmitter for Automatic Gate Openers, Model AXS1

The initial programming of the first remote involves opening up the receiver unit with a screwdriver. It should not be necessary to program the remote by physically unscrewing the cover from the receiver. Once the first remote is programmed, that programming can be transferred wirelessly to any subsequent remotes that need to open the gate. There was a power problem with our gate witht the receiver power which made it necessary to we program all the remotes. The manufacturer could use Bluetooth to communicate with a smart phone app in addition to the more complicated step of unscrewing the cover on the receiver.

This is the 6th one. Gave several out to relatives. Runs both gates with no interference, programs easily and batteries last a long time--6 months or a year with normal use. No problems. Yes, its a premium price....grumble, grumble, grumble....... They do work.

We have had our Ghost Model TSS1XP solar gate for almost 3 years. We have remotes for our main vehicle and hubs 18 wheeler work truck. We finally got an extra remote for his farm pickup. Watched a YouTube video to learn how to remember how to program it. Worked on the second try. No complaints or issues. The other 2 remotes we have EXACTLY like this one we have had for almost 3 years. No issues.

once you can figure out how to pair them, it is easy but good luck figuring it out. search youtube and watch the videos. I purchased several of these as their stupid keyboard box is trash. The biggest thing you need to know about these clickers, is you hardly get any range. The gate opens so slow that if you have a large gate it can be a sit and wait type deal as you need to be within 30 feet or so for it to work.
