I bought this as a gift for my daughter who does a lot of sewing. She tells me she uses it all the time and that she really appreciates having these scissors.

Very pleased with these applique scissors. Just have to get used to using them and learning to get close to the applique.

Scissors like these are great for grading seams. With them you can easily cut next to seams without accidentally cutting the seam stitches. They work well for trimming appliqué, too. I bought a pair of these for my sister-in-law.
