Google Nest Cam Weatherproof Cable for Nest Cam (Battery) Only - 720p -Snow - 5m

Great for what I wanted to do. I got the 10m and it was just enough for my run. I had 2 issues though: 1. The cable gets dirty very easy, especially if you run it behind walls. 2. I dont understand why they have the cable run forward vs backwards when you plug it into the camera. It would make way more sense for the cable to run to the back and also easier for your run.

Cable works as intended. It beats having to keep taking the camera down to charge.

No charger.

Great HD quality and super easy to set up and install.

You need a 1/2 hole to pass the camera connector through. Plus you have to be limber enough to contort yourself in your attic to run the cable. Other than that, its a piece of cake. No more climbing on the step stool to pull the camera and recharge the batteries. For the cameras, Im using the magnetic mount on a piece of steel that I siliconed to the aluminum facia.

I have two cameras and only one cord to charge with. This is why I got the second cord, to charge both at the same time.

This worked well until recently. After only nine months the cable failed and no longer charges the camera. Nothing changed and it had not been touched since it was installed. The original cable does still charge the camera.

I ordered several Google nest cams (wireless) online that came without the charging cords. Was concerned that these was not work, but they work beautifully. A real cost savings for me.

Honestly can’t say anything bad about this cable. Works well and is a good price.
